No bake Energy bites

These oatmeal peanut butter bites are absolutely amazing, they are so easy to make, they are a delicious snack and they are filled with protein and fiber! You have to try them.

- i n g r e d i e n t s -

1 and 2/3 cup old fashioned oats (or 2 cups old fashioned oats)

1/4 Instant rolled oats

1/2 Cup milled Flaxseed

1 Tbsp Chia seeds

1 Cup peanut butter

1/2 Cup Honey

1 Tbsp vanilla essence

1/2 cup chocolate chips
- i n s t r u c t i o n s -
- In a bowl, mix together all ingredients (except the chocolate chips) until de batter is well combined. Stir in chocolate chips. 
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or enjoy right away. 
- Once the mixture is chill, roll the mixture into 2-tablespoon sized smooth balls and place them in an air-tight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
