These oatmeal peanut butter bites are absolutely amazing, they are so easy to make, they are a delicious snack and they are filled with protein and fiber! You have to try them.


 

- i n g r e d i e n t s -

1 and 2/3 cup old fashioned oats (or 2 cups old fashioned oats)

1/4 Instant rolled oats

1/2 Cup milled Flaxseed

1 Tbsp Chia seeds

1 Cup peanut butter

1/2 Cup Honey

1 Tbsp vanilla essence

1/2 cup chocolate chips




 


- i n s t r u c t i o n s -

  1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients (except the chocolate chips) until de batter is well combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or enjoy right away.

  3. Once the mixture is chill, roll the mixture into 2-tablespoon sized smooth balls and place them in an air-tight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

This vanilla granola is the classy perfect and delicious granola for vanilla lovers, It so easy to make! Only a few ingredients and mix mix mix! and you find a sweet and perfect granola for a healthy snack


 

- i n g r e d i e n t s -

2 and 1/2 Cups of rolled oats.

1/2 Cup Sunflower seeds

1/2 Cup Flaxseed

2 Tbsp Chia seeds

1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil (or coconut oil as well)

1/3 Cup Honey

1 Tbsp vanilla essence




 


- i n s t r u c t i o n s -

  1. To begin, preheat your oven to 300 and line a baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, add your dry ingredients (oats, sunflower seeds, Flaxseeds, chia seeds) and stir them together.

  3. In a small, microwave safe bowl, add your liquid ingredients (vegetable oil, honey, ) Microwave for about 20-30 seconds. Whisk together until completely melted and combined. Then add 1 Tbsp Vanilla essence.

  4. Pour your wet ingredients all together over your dry ingredients, and stir till all of your oats and seeds are covered entirely. Pour your granola onto your pan and spread it out into one, thin, even layer. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and brown. The granola will get crunchy as it cools. (If you like it extra crunchy flip it over have way through).

  5. Let granola cool entirely, before breaking it up into pieces. Enjoy the big chunks and the crunch!

This cinnamon granola is TOO GOOD! It tastes like cinnamon roll! You need to try this and it is so easy and crunchy like cereal.



 

- i n g r e d i e n t s -

1 tsp milk

1 Tbsp cinnamon
