This is the Strawberry Granola with dehydrated cranberry. Big chunks and a strong strawberry flavor. Hope you enjoy it!

- i n g r e d i e n t s -

2 and 1/2 Cups of rolled oats.

1/2 Cup Sunflower seeds

1/2 Cup Flaxseed

3 Tbsp Chia seeds

1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil

1/3 Cup Honey

1/4 Cup Grounded Oatmeal with Strawberry Flavor

2 Tbsp of Strawberry Jelly

1 Cup dehydrated Cranberry.

- i n s t r u c t i o n s -

  1. To begin, preheat your oven to 300 and line a baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, add your dry ingredients (oats, sunflower seeds, Flaxseeds, chia seeds) and stir them together.

  3. In a small, microwave safe bowl, add your liquid ingredients (vegetable oil, honey, Grounded Oatmeal with Strawberry Flavor, strawberry jelly). Microwave for about 20-30 seconds. Whisk together until combined.

  4. Pour your wet ingredients over your dry ingredients, and stir till all of your oats and seeds are covered entirely. Pour your granola onto your pan and spread it out into one, thin, even layer. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and brown. The granola will get crunchy as it cools.

  5. Let granola cool entirely, before breaking it up into pieces.

  6. Add in your favorite toppings, such as almonds, dehydrated fruit, raisins or chocolate chips. For this recipe I highly recommend adding dehydrated cranberry. Enjoy the big chunks and the crunch!
